Free Photo Service is offered on full price purchases. Free photo service cannot be applied to sale items or discount coupon purchases.
AbbyLaine will shrink your photo for you and add it to your beautiful jewelry keepsake. Just email or mail a photo to us (any size up to 8x10) and we will take care of the rest. We can change your color photos to B&W, Antique or Sepia finish, or you can choose to leave your color photo in color. If mailing photos, photos will be returned to you. We will do our very best to ensure your photos get back to you in the same condition they were received. However, Abbylaine, is not responsible for photos lost or damaged during delivery (please do not send original "one of a kind" photos).

How do I get my photos to you?
The best way to get the photos to us is by attaching the photo(s) in an email. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order #. When you have selected your photos, simply send us an email to abbylaine@cox.netwith your photos attached. Please include the name on the order, your order #, any special instructions (example: If it is a group photo, "I only want the girl in the red shirt in the pendant ") and photo color choice (example: if photos are in color, "please convert to black & white"). If you chose to mail us a hardcopy photo, please contact us after you receive your order # and we will give you instructions on where to send the photos. Please also see additional information regarding mailing of photos above.
What type and size of photo can I use for my charm?
Just about any photo will work. We can shrink down anything up to an 8x10. Most any photo in JPG format will work. Please keep in mind that good quality photos will produce a much nicer image in your pendant. We will do our best to work with any quality photo you send. However, a poor quality photo will never produce the same effect as a good quality photo. Please avoid sending photos that are a very close-up head shot. The photos work best when there is space around the subjects' face. We will do the cropping for you. We will always inform you if you send a photo that we do not feel would work well.
How may people can be in the photo?
1 - 3 people can fit comfortably in most pendants. Please note that the more faces you have in a photo, the smaller the faces will be. If trying to get three people in a photo, please try to make it so the heads are in a triangle type of configuration (one on top, two on the bottom) for the best fit.
Should I crop the photo before I send it to you?
No. We prefer you do not crop the photo. We will do it for you. It is much easier to work with a photo that has not been cropped. If it is a photo with more than one person, we can easily crop out the person(s) you do not want in the photo, just make a note of that when you send the photo.
Are the photos water-proof?
No. The photos are not water-proof. The photos are laminated so they will be protected from light exposure to water. Please do not immerse your photo charm in water or any other liquids.
Can I update the photo in my pendant?
Yes! The photos can easily be changed by us or by you. We can provide you with instructions on how to do it yourself or we can do it for you for a nominal fee.
